Friday’s meal options include the following:
All Friday Lunches include whole fruit, chips, bottled water, and a cookie
- The Grilled Vegetarian Wrap is served on a tortilla and includes hummus, baby spinach, and grilled vegetables
- The Slow Roasted Turkey sandwich is served on sourdough with lettuce, tomato, and Tillamook cheddar
- The East Coast Italian sandwich is served on an Italian roll and includes capicola, pepperoni, salami, and lettuce
- Gluten Free Bread is available upon request. To request gluten free bread, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, provide the name of the attendee and their WSBA No. (if they are licensed), and we will special order gluten free bread for their meal.
Saturday’s lunch will be a pasta bar buffet that includes gluten free pasta, vegetarian pasta options, vegan pasta options, salad, and garlic bread. Therefore, there are no options to select from the payment menu.
